It could pay to stand pat for now

Posted by Kevin Paul Dupont, Globe Staff Yesterday at 12:00 am A lot of money remains on the sidelines these days for the Bruins. No need to throw a reality check here

Posted by Kevin Paul Dupont, Globe Staff December 25, 2008 at 12:00 am OK, who's better? Really, who? Hot team is left a little cold

Posted by Kevin Paul Dupont, Globe Staff December 9, 2008 at 12:00 am On a bitterly cold night in December, with the playoffs still some four months away, the Bruins encouraged a crowd of 16,973 to give up a night at home watching "Monday Night Football," coupon clipping, and job fretting to see some hockey at the Garden.

Posted by Kevin Paul Dupont, Globe Staff December 8, 2008 at 12:00 am His knee, surgically repaired amid his lost season of 2007-08, is nearly back to full health. As for his game, that also has been dramatically upgraded, from a work in progress - painful just to watch at times last season - to an increasingly impressive piece of work.
