The Boston Celtics have signed Jason Terry. Terry is not considered to be a real explosive player at the rim. Even so he is somewhat deadly shooting off the dribble. He is not just a shooting guard as he has frequently demonstrated his ability to be the primary ball handler when on the floor. This will give the Celtics a great amount of flexibility in their lineup.
Aside from his playing ability Terry will be able to immediately boost the Celtics bench by making it one of the strongest, most powerful in the league. The great thing about this is that he will be happy doing it and not be constantly complaining about his role. There is no doubt, as a Celtic, that Terry will offer some big shots as he runs down the court. This adds a great deal of enthusiasm to the team as well as to those in attendance. He is sure to set the Garden into a loud frenzy.
Terry is a great guy to have on the team when the game is on the line. He knows how to handle himself and he knows how to deal with the pressure. He will never shy away from the big moment.
